Di Indonesia, pemerintah telah memberikan insentif pajak kepada perusahaan yang menerapkan kebijakan fleksibel dalam pengaturan jam kerja. Kebijakan ini dikenal dengan istilah Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan sambil memperhatikan keseimbangan kerja-hidup.

Di Indonesia, pemerintah telah memberikan insentif pajak kepada perusahaan yang menerapkan kebijakan fleksibel dalam pengaturan jam kerja. Kebijakan ini dikenal dengan istilah Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA), yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan sambil memperhatikan keseimbangan kerja-hidup.
Salah satu bentuk insentif pajak yang diberikan adalah pemotongan pajak penghasilan (PPh) bagi perusahaan yang mengimplementasikan FWA. Dengan adanya insentif ini, diharapkan lebih banyak perusahaan yang tertarik untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dalam jam kerja kepada karyawan mereka.
Selain itu, perusahaan yang menerapkan FWA juga dapat mendapatkan pengurangan tarif PPh pasal 21 terkait dengan tunjangan karyawan. Hal ini memberikan dorongan tambahan bagi perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan kebijakan kerja yang lebih fleksibel.
Dengan adanya insentif pajak untuk perusahaan yang menerapkan FWA, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, mengurangi tingkat stres dan kelelahan, serta meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, kebijakan ini juga sejalan dengan tren global di mana semakin banyak perusahaan yang menyadari pentingnya keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi karyawan mereka.
Sebagai negara yang terus berkembang, Indonesia perlu terus mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan untuk mengadopsi praktik kerja yang lebih fleksibel dan berkelanjutan. Dengan memberikan insentif pajak kepada perusahaan yang menerapkan FWA, diharapkan dapat menjadi dorongan positif bagi perubahan menuju lingkungan kerja yang lebih inklusif dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan.
